Available to adopt

Hi, my name is Tico. I'm a male cinnamon and white Podenco and I'm 2 years old. I'm a medium sized dog. I'm 74cm from nose to tail and 49cm tall, and I weigh 15.00kg . I'm neutered. I'm good with other dogs and children. The team here are still getting to know me and don't yet know how I get along with cats. But I love to meet new friends and I'll be getting socialised with them soon so we'll keep you posted. I've had my vaccinations and have my chip and passport so I'm ready to travel to a new forever home in Spain, or (unless otherwise mentioned) anywhere in Europe.

Hi, my name is Tico and I'm a 2 year-old neutered male cinnamon and white Podenco. Also, I’m fairly good-looking if I do say so myself. My birthday is Valentine’s Day. I'm a medium-sized dog; 74cm from nose to tail and 49cm tall, and I weigh 15.00 kg. I'm good with other dogs and children. I haven’t been around a lot of cats yet, but one kind of frightened me during a walk along the beach promenade. I think I could like being with cats, but I might want to chase them if they run. Maybe just for the exercise though. I travel well in the car and absolutely love to meet new people and other dogs. I usually want them to play with me. I've had my vaccinations and have my chip and passport so I'm ready to travel to a new forever home in Spain or (unless otherwise mentioned) anywhere in Europe.
Tico was rescued after being thrown or dropped over a fence into someone’s garden. He was only half his current weight – literally just skin and bones - and clung to the leg of the person who found him. He was scared and very hungry. He’s now a healthy, happy dog with a beautiful coat and almond shaped eyes. His foster home reports he is super sweet natured. He loves having his belly rubbed and enjoys his toys, especially the kong. He likes cuddles and he loves to sleep in every morning.
