Hi, my name is Holly. I'm a female light brown and white coloured Pointer Type and I'm 12 years old. I'm a medium/large sized dog. I'm 80cm from nose to tail and 57cm tall, and I weigh 18.00kg . I'll be neutered as soon as I've settled in. I'm good with other dogs but the team here are still getting to know me and don't yet know how I get along with cats or children. But I love to meet new friends and I'll be getting socialised with them soon and we'll keep you posted. I'll be getting my rabies vaccination, chip and passport soon.

I was found abandoned over the Christmas period, hence my festive name; which is so sad as the rescuers think I was chucked away because I am getting older and my owners didn't want to deal with everything that comes with an older dog; even the loyalty and affection. I haven't let on how sad I feel about that because the lovely people here describe me as a superstar!

I have a long way to go to get my weight and health manageable, because I have been so neglected; I shouldn't be this skinny and I am eating little and often of healthy and nutritious food to get me feeling OK. Despite this I am a happy girl - inquisitive, curious and wanting to explore - even when I have to go to the vets for my check-ups - I still wag my tail. Pleased to meet you, you and you!!

I must have been house trained as I let you know when I want to do my business, so you know I am super-smart.

I can be reserved now, I can offer so much as an older girl, loyalty, fun and lots of cuddles. Please think about offering me a comfortable home so I can live out my final years in a safe and loving environment; I do deserve it, don't I?

Please contact us if you would like more information on Holly.
