Pumpkin now Aslan is now living happily in his "Forever Home"

I was found with my brother at some bins where we were looking for food. We had been roaming for a while and were very hungry. Then a couple came to the bins and coaxed us to them. I couldn't run away as I had a badly injured leg and my brother stayed with me. I was taken to a vet and had an operation on my leg, it was broken and very painful, I also had a damaged coxis. I had to stay there for a few days before going to be looked after for a while with my brother by the people who found us. Now I have moved on and am in a lovely foster home, my leg is fully recovered so I am able to run and play with the other dogs.There are cats here too and I do sometimes try to chase them, but they are used to dogs so they don't run away so I leave them alone! I am still a little shy of new people. I am learning new things all the time and have spent a week in a different foster home where there were young children. I hadn't experienced children before and I think I coped quite well. I was rather nervous at being in new surroundings although began to settle down after a few days. I enjoy having cuddles and playing with toys. I know I still have lots to learn and can't wait for my forever home to come along.
