Hi, my name is Tika. I'm a female light brown and white coloured Mixed Mastin Breed and I'm 7 months old. I'm expected to be a large sized dog when I'm fully grown. I'll be neutered as soon as I've settled in. I'm good with other dogs and cats. As I'm still only young, I haven't spent much time with children yet. But I love to meet new friends and I'll be getting socialised with them soon so we'll keep you posted. I'll be getting my rabies vaccination, chip and passport soon.

I was rescued on the roadside by a kind lady called Alison who took me to the vets, as my eyes looked bad, I was emaciated and dehyrdrated, covered in ticks. I couldn't see very well, so I was disorientated and scared, I was so relieved to be safe with all those cars going by and no-one stopping to help me.

I am now safe and sound in foster care. The vets are taking good care of me, and I am taking medicine for my eyes. Fingers crossed for me please as I am only young! I now know about cuddles, pampers and good food; so I am sure I will be fighting fit soon. I really like to know what you are doing and will give you my face as I lean on your leg for ear rubs and kisses.

I will be looking for a forever home once more is known about my health, but for now you can watch my progress!

Please contact us if you would like more information on Tika.
