They could not get into the bins and went off for tools, on return the bin men had just emptied the bins, and the pups included.
Two pups were pulled alive from the back of the machine, the others didn't make it.
Tony AAR2197 is one of the two puppies rescued with his sister Debbie AAR2196.
Rushed to the Vets, for their first check-up - they are estimated at 5 days old, and that they had been with their mother until then.
The AAR volunteer kept the pups with her, until an assigned foster could collect them.
Now Tony and his sister lives with their foster parents and he will receive all the care, love and attention needed to grow up and be a happy dog.
