Meet Tina, one of our external cases
Click on an image to enlarge the picture or play the videoTina is a free spirit, and has been living near a very kind lady in the Countryside, who has been feeding her. One day it was reported that Tina had a nasty cut on her front leg. Tina although friendly, would not allow her carer to get her anywhere near the car. With the help of our volunteer rescue team, she was caught in a trap and taken to the vets. Her wound was cleaned, antibiotics given, and blood samples taken. Tina was taken to kennels whilst we waited for the results.
Luckily Tina was free of all Mediterranean diseases, and we were able to have her neutered. Tina returned to kennels for 2 weeks recovery. Her carer collected her, and took her back to her land. Tina was very happy to be 'home' and run around again.
