Mora lives in a very small village, and every time she was in season her owners would tie her up in the yard. This didn't stop male dogs jumping the wall, so she ended up having litter after litter. A kind neighbour managed to convince the owners to let us neuter Mora, and explained the benefits. We have now neutered Mora, and she no longer has to be tied up.
