I was originally rescued by AAR when I was just a few weeks old. I was adopted to a home in Devon in the UK during 2020. Because the country was in lockdown my owner wasn't able to socialise me as much as she would have liked. I am a very strong dog and if I see other dogs out and about I will pull towards them. My owners daughter has a small dog and we are finally friends but it did take a long time. My owner has decided her home isn't the best home for me and has asked AAR to help finding me a new home.
I haven't had much to do with other dogs since being adopted so careful controlled introductions would be needed if I were to be homed with other dogs. I will chase rabbits and possibly cats as they are also quite small.
I am a very loving dog, especially in my home environment. When out and about I am a bit on edge and ready to guard. I need a new home with someone with experience of the mastin breed, with time to train me and show me the world is a lovely place and help me to be more relaxed when out and. My owner said in a new home I would be much happier than I am now and would enjoy life more.
My mum said "he really is such a gorgeous boy and easy to love"
I am living in Devon and should you wish to meet me this can be arranged with no problem.
Please consider giving me my new forever home and give me my happy ever after.
