Stunning Charlie had been abandoned in a Restaurant Car Park during one of our worst weeks for rain, he took shelter, and locals continued to feed him, until we were able to get help to rescue him, not an easy job without the right equipment, as he obviously has an injury to his tail and back end. Now settled in kennels, and a vet will visit soon. Charlie isn't ready for rehoming, he needs a full vet assessment and treatment. You can follow his story on our facebook group.
