Tests for Mediterranean Diseases in Dogs

There is a test for Leishmaniasis, which is recommended for dogs and for pups after the age of 6 months.

This is often done in conjunction with the 4DX Snap Test, which is a blood test that provides results in 8 minutes. The test is a screening process for six vector-borne diseases:

• Heartworm
• Lyme
• Ehrlichia canis
• Ehrlichia ewingi
• Anaplasma phagocytophilum
• Anaplasma platys
