Finally after weeks of planning, talking to the Town Hall, Local Police, and being hampered by the weather, we were able to catch Pepe and take him to safety. After 3 days in the vets, Pepe has moved to a foster home where he will get the care and attention he needs to recover. In spite of the severe neglect , he is very loving .
